Can’t Let Go by Barbara Freethy
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Can’t Let Go by Barbara Freethy was about Annie Callaway and Griffin. I was actually really looking forward to this book, and it did not disappoint. It had everything a Barbara Freethy Callaway book normally has.
There was mystery, romance, suspense. The action kept me wanting more. I would try to read at least three chapters at a time and that is hard for me to do these days, so it was nice to be reading something like that again. I wasn’t really suspecting the ending, and the epilouge was sweet. It was nice seeing the other Callaways from the other books and it made me want to reread the other books again to refresh them. I also liked that this actually had Christmas in it, I was hoping that it would since it was being released around Christmas time.
It was a definite four out of five star read.
I received this book as an ARC.
P.S. That cover is stunning!
