Top Ten Tuesday: Books with gorgeous purple covers

It’s Tuesday again. For those of you who don’t know, Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly post hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. She lists a topic and bloggers answer with ten bookish responses.

This title is actually perfect for me because I have bought books because they were purple in the past. Sadly I don’t have photos for all of them and will be relying on Goodreads for most of them.

  1. Geekerella by Ashley Poston. Look at that cover. I love that book soooooooo much and can’t wait to reread it sometime. Geekerella

2. I bought Once and For All by Sarah Dessen as a hardback purposefully.

3. The Indigo Spell by Richelle Mead. This wasn’t quite bought just because it was purple… I loved this series and simply had to have the book. The fact that it was purple was cool too. It’s kind of purple looking. IMG_20180407_191135823

4. The original cover of Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead was purple. Again, this wasn’t why I bought the book but the color totally helped. Does that ending make anybody else mad? I just realized today that the covers for the number three books of both series were alike.

5. Heart of Iron by Ashley Poston. I know I pretty much bought the actual hardback cover this weekend based on the color….and the feel. It just felt so nice.

6. Ok, I didn’t buy The Traitor Prince by C.J. Redwine. I checked it out from the library. But it is still an awesome book with a really pretty purple cover! IMG_20180414_221529729

7. The Crown by Kiera Cass pretty much speaks for itself. One of my favorite series!!The Crown

8. Yes, this is a kid’s book. But it had Michael and Mia’s wedding in it, all right? I read anything with Michael and Mia in it from Princess Diaries. Royal Crush

9. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling. Ok, one of my best friend’s lost the cover and all I see is the book without the cover and some of it is purple. It counts for me. Half Blood Prince

10. I used to read The Boxcar Children books all the time when I was younger. I am pretty sure I bought the one about the bookstore based on books, and I probably bought this one because of the cover, haha. I know I always liked the feeling of that book too. Purple Pool

Follow up books are, Reunion by Meg Cabot, Princess in Waiting by Meg Cabot, and more I am forgetting I am sure.
