Hey guys! Today I’m excited to bring you the blog tour post for Kiss of the Royal! I had already read and reviewed this book for Netgalley, so you’ll see my link for this review at the very end of this post. Let’s move along, shall we?
Kiss of the Royal
by Lindsey Duga
Publisher: Entangled Teen
Release Date: July 3, 2018
Prince Zach has spent his life preparing for battle, but he would rather be branded a heretic than use his lips as nothing more than a way to transfer magic. A kiss is a symbol of love, and love is the most powerful weapon they have—but try convincing Ivy of that.
With the fate of their world on the line, the battlefield has become a testing ground, and only one of them can be right. Falling for each other wasn’t part of the plan—but try convincing their hearts of that.

Other than writing and cuddling with her morkie puppy, Delphi, Lindsey loves catching up on the latest superhero TV show and practicing yoga.

My Review
My original review can be found here, but feel free to read it below as well as part of the tour.
Kiss of the Royal by Lindsey Duga
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I received Kiss of the Royal by Lindsey Duga from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. That has no impact on my thoughts. My thoughts are my own.
I saw this book on Facebook first and the cover had me intrigued. I like how bold it is. Covers are pretty much my thing. I could stare at them for hours. Then I finally read the plot and I knew I had to read this.
The plot was unique. It was very much like Once Upon a Time but it had it’s own fantasy story to it. I really liked Ivy, and then when Zach came into the book… I actually REALLY liked him. I liked how mysterious he was, and his quotes were good, especially his sarcasm ones.
For the most part, this was an easy read though there were a couple of spots where it was kind of slow and that made it be a 4.5. I still rounded it up to a five because of the plot, characters, writing, and cover. Thank you Netgalley and publishers for giving me the chance to read this book!
Thanks for checking out this blog tour post! I’ve actually been reading some good fantasy books lately except for one I didn’t like, but that was because I wasn’t in the mood for fantasy during it. What have you been enjoying lately? Feel free to drop a comment below!
Ooooh I love the idea of it being like Once Upon a Time! I definitely think that I have to add this to the TBR! And I love the new picture at the top as well! Super pretty! ❤
