The Harry Potter Spells Book Tag

I saw one of my friends on here had this tag, but I don’t know who started this so I don’t know who to pingback to. If this is yours, please comment and I will pingback to whoever this belongs to.

ACCIO – An upcoming release you wish you could get your hands on right now. None at the moment?

ALOHOMORA – Favorite series starter. I’m going to be boring and go with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

AGUAMENTI –  A book that made you ugly-cry.  No books have ever made me cry, and no movies have ever made me cry even though my best friend tries to say I cried with one. I’m not emotionless, I just don’t cry because of books and movies.

EXPECTO PATRONUM – Bookish hero or heroine you want around to protect you in real life. Harry Potter. He who this tag is based off. I mean, he did defeat Voldemort.

CHEERING CHARM – A book that gave you all the warm fuzzies. There’s a lot that fits this one but I will go with these for now.

IMPERIO – A book you wish you could make everyone read because you loved it so much. I think everybody needs to read Harry Potter, The Hate U Give and To All the Boys I’ve loved before.

LUMOS – A book you intentionally spoiled for yourself. I think I spoiled The Hunger Games to myself before I finished reading the books. They were out for several years before I finally gave the series a real chance.

The Hunger Games

WINGARDIUM LEVIOSA – A book with an uplifting ending or message. I don’t know if The Hate U Give is qualifies for “uplifting” but it does have a message.

CRUCIO – A book that was painful to read.

Anything I had to read for school. I don’t know how I got A’s in literature classes in schools because I hated most of the classical stuff besides The Great Gatsby and To Kill a Mockingbird but I question myself for TKAM because I tried reading it again last year and was bored during it. Shakespeare is especially painful. I finally had to read his stuff in my last college class.

JELLY-LEGS JINX – A swoon-worthy hero or heroine.

Peter K, Adrian Ivaskov, Prince Maxon and the prince/pirate guy in To Kill a Kingdom. I should remember his name, but I don’t at the moment….

ARESTO MOMENTUM – A book that caused you to stop doing all other things until you finished it.

All of the below!

ENGORGIO –  A book or series you wish never ended.

The Selection, Harry Potter and The Mediator… oh, and I guess Bloodlines by Richelle Mead too.

OBLIVIATE – A book you wish you could forget you ever read.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. There’s been a few others this year but I can’t remember so I guess that worked? HA.

STUPEFY – A book with a shocking twist or ending.

AVADA KEDAVRA – A character death that destroyed you.

Fred Weasley and Finnick Odair.

ANAPNEO – An author whose books always get you out of a slump. Meg Cabot. She’s one of my all time favorite authors and I just love everything she’s written. She has this distinct style that is honestly so easy to read, and I can always fall into her books.

Meg Cabot, Kasie West, and Sophie Kinsella.

RICTUSEMPRA – A book that had you laughing out loud.

Just one of the royals

EXPELLIARMUS – A book that made you want to send it flying.

The Kiss Quotient. I disliked that book so much that it made me want to throw the paperback across the room.

PORTUS – A bookish world you wish you could visit.

Harry Potter and Caraval.

FINITE INCANTATEM – Best series conclusion.

I’m going to go with Bloodlines by Richelle Mead because nobody I liked died in it.

I’m not going to tag anybody because I wasn’t tagged in it and I still don’t know who started this tag. If you want to do this tag feel free!
