It’s time for another WWW Wednesday! This tag is hosted on Taking on a World of Words It’s easy to do, just answer the three questions below!
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What are you currently reading?
I am currently reading Off the Grid by Kay Marie. It’s an ARC book that I signed up for earlier this year but it’s due on April 8th, so I needed to read it right away. It’s good so far!
What did you recently finish?
I made a small dent in my advanced reader copy pile. I finished House of Salt and Sorrows, Eyes on Me, and I got Mirror Mirror and finished that relatively quickly. I think I liked Mirror Mirror, Eyes on me and then House of Salt and Sorrows if anybody wanted to know which order I liked them best in. Mirror, Mirror will be published on April 2. Eyes on me will be published on March 26th. House of Salt and Sorrows will be out on August 6.
What do you think you’ll read next?
I still have quite a list of ARC’s to read despite the dent I made in the last week. I have put The Center of the Universe to the side for now, but there is a possibility I may want to read it. I of course had to request another Entangled Teen book when I was notified about this one and got it. Hopefully after that one I will FINALLY be able to read Serious Moonlight by Jenn Bennett. The Center of the Universe is an April 2nd book. The Boyfriend Bid is due on April 8th. Serious Moonlight by Jenn Bennett is due on April 16th. I wasn’t kidding when I said lots of my ARC’s were close together on Twitter. But I got going on the list! 😀
The ebooks I own that I want to read are Cold Day in the Sun, Queen’s Shadow, and The Blood Spell. And The Summer I turned Pretty.
The library ebooks I have checked out that I want to read are The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson (along with the paperback book) and The Vanishing Stair. Sometimes I have to have both the ebook and regular book and library ebooks are helpful then.
I have heard nothing but good things about house of salt and sorrows. What did you think?

I liked it except for the ending! I felt like the ending was too packed for my liking.

Was it one of those things where the pacing was off the whole book… beginning too slow and the ending too rushed?

Kind of. I was into the book by chapter 4 or 5.
But I was on a cruise when I first started reading it so I might have been too on the vacation mode to read an ARC book for fun then.
I did read Part of your World on vacation instead and got back into House of Salt and Sorrows on the way home or when I got home.

I had some requests from way back when come through, and now I am over what I planned for the next 2 months of reading. I saw that Entangled book. It looks cute, but alas, I have way too many April/May releases. I adored Cold Day in the Sun. So, so good. I am almost done with my March releases, and then I can get to the new Jenn Bennett (squeee).

I almost didn’t request it for the same reason, but I was like…. WHY NOT?! Haha. And yay about Cold Day in the Sun. It sounds super cute and I love hockey romance stories in young adult.
I read one adult one and it was a DNF one.
YAYYYYY for almost seeing the light with starting Serious Moonlight!! ❤
