WWW Wednesday (7/4/18)

It’s time for another WWW Wednesday post!! WWW is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am 70 percent through Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. That book always takes about a good week to get through it.

What did you recently finish reading?

I only finished reading one book since last week’s WWW Wednesday post sadly. Not great speeds for me. But once I got into the book I could not put it down. I finished Alex, Approximately by Jenn Bennett finally. I started it last year but didn’t finish it and I finally picked it up again.

What do you think you’ll read next?

You guys know by now that I’m a huge mood reader. That’s part of the reason why I’m always in a book slump. I also sometimes don’t trust books now because I expect it to live up to expectations and then get suspicious when it seems too good because I think it will let me down. Anyway, I do need to read Stay Sweet, Save the Date and Girl Online because they are library books, but I also would like to read P.S. I still love you because Netflix is releasing To All the Boys I loved before next month so I should finish the book. I also have other books I need to read too. I have two Christmas ARC’s to read, but I’m not in the mood for Christmas yet. I didn’t realize they were Christmas advance reader copies until after I got them.

Hope everybody is having a good day! What are some books you are currently reading or wanting to read? What does your WWW Wednesday look like? Feel free to drop a comment! Happy fourth of July!

  1. Whoa whoa whoa you have ARCs for Christmas? When do you need to get those reviews out for? I can agree on not being in the mood for a Christmas book, even if there is a heatwave going on right now (at least where I am).

      1. Yeah, that is really early for a Christmas book. The earliest I can accept is mid-October for people who might burn out from Halloween too fast. Interesting. Good luck with reading them though! Holiday spirit in the summer, now that’s a challenge!

      2. Hahaha. We don’t even enjoying the holidays anymore, we just spend our time preparing for them! And the Hallmark channel is the *worst* it just exists in its own void of time where Christmas and Halloween movies can appear at any moment.

    1. That’s cool, I am glad you are liking it so far!! Thanks, I got into another slump but that seems to be the theme of the year this year since my anticipated reads let me down when I got them. I’ve been trying to keep going though! Glad you also liked When Dimple Met Rishi!
